Capitec is a useless pathetic bank with *********** staff.

A pathetic excuse of a bank. I pay more than my loan Repayment says. Then on my app it says I am in arrears. I go to the bank and query this and they say no its not arrears its what I have in credit. Then I try get a loan for a vehicle to find out I can't due to bad credit. So I check and find that Capitec have put on the credit rating that I am in arrears with the exact same amount of money I am meant to be in credit with. Not the first time I have had issues with capitec. They are a bunch of ***********, useless people. The one has no clue what the other is doing. Mr CEO close your pathetic bank down. Or get your house in order. Not only do you have *********** people working for you, you have a bunch of ******* as well.
