Capitec is a useless bank- got ****med and now they can not assist

I got ****med, someone was using my card details to withdraw money in Johannesburg. I went to report at Capitec bank at the branch, just to hear that there is a national network problem as they can not see any transactions, the app will not give notifications etc. i must come back to report it at 12h00. I report it and then just receive a call saying they do ot suspect any ***** and can not refund the money that was ****med. Someone did use my card, i did explain as the card is with me and no one could have use it while i am in thaba and they are in Joburg. Capitec just say sorry we can not assist, what a useless bank, they can not assist to protect your bank account and anyone can do transactions. heartbreaking to loose a lot of money,
