Capitec is a useless bank

My Capitec banking app got hacked after I was ****** of my mobile phone. The hackers transferred R52000 from my Capitec account to five different Capitec bank accounts then immediately withdrew the money. When I noticed what had happened, I immediately called the bank but it was too late to Salvage the money because it had been immediately withdrawn. I opened a case with the police who are still investigating but in the meantime a few days later, Capitec came back to me refusing to give me a refund. My life is a mess right now because I could not make my bond repayment, car finance, my child's school fees and many other expenses I had to take care of. Why is it that everyone who gets hacked their money ends up in a Capitec bank account then gets withdrawn from there. My wish is for Capitec to be banned and shut down because nothing is secure with this bank. I want my money and Capitec must pay.
