Capitec is a useless bank

I paid up my credit November 2024 and they even gave me a paid up letter. Yet till today they have not updated my credit information and I am reflecting as not having paid for 9 months. I then went to Capitec mall of the south on the 27 of March and even wrote an email yet to date I am the one who follows up and they have not updated my information. I find this so unfair and it even impacted my application for a bond as they could only finance me for 90 percent instead of 100. I have even gone on twitter with no luck.
