Capitec is a *****ulent bank!!!

Capitec has blocked my account and after numerous documents sent to them they refuse to unblock me. This month I was unable to pay my child's school fees and they reversed important transactions to pay off my car and other debts when I received my SARS payout.

Thank you to Bongi for assisting me with the issue BUT HOWEVER AFTER MY ACCOUNT WAS UNFROZEN THERE TRANSACTIONS AND MONEY THAT CANNOT BE LOCATED BY CAPITEC. I MADE A PAYMENT OF 14500 TO MFC FOR MY CAR AND MFC DID NOT RECEIVE THE PAYMENT BECAUSE IT WAS REVERSED BY CAPITEC WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND THE MONEY NEVER RETURNED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. CAPITEC DOES NOT KNOW WERE IT IS AND THE mFC stamens clearly reflects a reversal. I take one step forward and two steps back with thus bank
