Capitec is a true Loan Shark

I have written a complaint about getting my money back from capitec a week ago, I haven't got a reply ever since, I have EFT into a wrong number, when I go to their branch in Jabuoani they tell me to go to the police station and get a supenor , I went to the police to enquire about it, the police tell me Capitec is playing games because they can't open a case or help. Capitec is a loan shark, they look out for their interest instead of helping us , capitec is not innovative or sophisticated as they claim, I want my money
