Capitec is a **** ,,, they keep warning us about ****s but thy are the real ****

Capitec is a ****,,,today I used their send cash and when I went to collect cash from the ATM it said voucher unreedemable, but when I check my app it says I redeemed the money,, I didn't get the money ,,,and when I call to open a case they say all funds dispersed at the atm but the atm did not give me the cash ,,,im not working and capitec took the little that i had ..shame on you capitec,
