Capitec is a ****, they breed on people funds

I have a complain about capitec how they reversed a payment that I paid, then i said fine let's partways, let me pay you the amount reversed and get rid of the late fees that I accumulated because they choose to reverse my payment. Joshlyne Norje said I must pay the late fees because they reversed the payment without my consent. She said she is closing my case because am fighting for nothing, so I must pay alslmost r300 for capitecs negligence..
