Capitec is a Sh*t Show

sold my car, funds paid to my account and when trying to transfer to another bank it was unsuccessful... funds returned back but a hold was placed on these funds FOR WHAT?????????????????????????????????

Client Service is so inefficient, you'll be put on hold 'till your airtime runs out! I have made three separate calls and still no one could assist or EVEN CALL BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last attempt, agent tells me system is offline I MUST CALL after an hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ME AGAIN, I must call. Agent says they can't promise to call me back Lol.

I want my money back!!!!!
