Capitec is a SH@#T Bank

I was retrenched in June 2021 and Capitec kept debiting the laon installment for 3 months even though my credit claim was approved. When I called to query this the consultant informed me that the money will be paid back to me once the insurance paid. When the insurance paid I did not receive the refund, when I called Capitec they are now changing their story. When I was transfered to complaints department they said I'd be contacted by a manager within 24 hours, its been a week now.

I am honestly not happy at all with the service from capitec. I wouldn't recommend this bank to any of my friends or family members.
