Capitec is a ****m
My account is been closed with no reason as this is my account am getting my salary. They say I kust do an affidavit I did and submit on the 06 Jan 2023 but still nothing is ok and my money is in that account and I have been going to bank but been told that they investigate but with no reason of what is been investigated now can withdraw money and been emotionally grain..am realy not happy bcos now it gonna be month end

21 Jan 2023, 11:20Hi capitec bank still today nothing is going straight no call regarding my account its seems you guys a ******** me as I laid a complain from 06 and again o the 19 Jan but it's keep saying investigation on wasap what is holding my account be open plz take my matter serious I have kid that need to be feed ..but how would I do that if my bank accoun is closed for unnecessary reasons
