CAPITEC IS A ****!!!DONT TRUST THEM

I have a fully paid credit card with Capitec, everytime I call to close the account.They keep telling me I owe Capitec a specific amount.I paid R287 that was requested as interest on a fully paid credit card.I then ask that the advisor logs a complain for me with their TL and close my account.This has never happened, now they are quoting a further R50 to be paid before they close my account.MY ACC WAS SUPPOSED TO CLOSE LONG TIME.Yoh I regret leaving NEDBANK for this **** of a bank.I WANT MY CREDIT CARD CLOSED.I WILL NOT PAY ANY OTHER AMOUNTS.I JUST SPOKE TO MAHLATSI NOW AND SHE DROPPED THE CALL IN MY EAR WHILST WAITING TO SPEAK TO YOUR TL.PLEASE SORT OUT THIS ASAP.CLOSE THIS CREDIT CARD AND LISTEN TO MY CALLS WITH YOUR ADVISORS
