Capitec is a **** of a bank!!! Stay away from Capitec. Poor customer service!!!

I tried buying airtime this morning from Capitec and it didn’t go through, but the funds were debited from my account. And when I try taking it up with the customer service they keep on putting me on hold their phones are not going through and the Twitter and WhatsApp customer care keeps on telling me to call the customer service. I’m disappointed to say the least. Now my business has to stop because I can’t buy data with my airtime. A consultant by the name of Zandi failed to help me she keeps on shutting the line.
