Capitec is a ****!!!

Capitec is a **** shame! I asked capitec since they cant close my account because of the unfinished loan I have with them and they cant reverse debicheck atleast they could have given me an option that they will be able to cancel those debichecks instead they telling me about disputing and stopping this debit order via the app which also it's a useless app ,they know very well I cant do that via the app. I believe as a client even if I accepted those debichecks but I also believe as a client if a suspect ***** under my account capitec should be able to assist me as a client to them. The sad part is that I must call the service providers once I've told them I cant get hold of those people. Their contact details are not going through. Capitec it's a useless bank. When they having technical issues we must understand that the system is down but when they supposed to help us they always come with stories. There is no way they say they cant cancel a debit order whilst I'm suspecting it's a *****. Other banks can be able to assist with either reversing or stopping the debit order but capitec cant . I still haven't gotten assistance rather been told to call the service providers
