Capitec is a ****

Capitec is a **** .i have two existing loans one that i thought will be paid off this month when i get paid because it showed that i have less than 500.00 to pay .Yesterday 22-04-2020 i got paid and as always capitec ran and debited my account despite the fact that its not even pay day .when they see money in your account they take it i then went to check my app just to see if it will refelct that i the other loan had been paid off ,Guess what i still owe capitec the same amount thta i owed them before they debited my account to top it up my account reflects in arrears what the **** is going on how is my accont in arrear? why isnt my account paid off ? i check my statements every month and the money does decrease but this month is like i didnt even pay at all .This unaceptable i dont have money most especially in times like this .
