Capitec is a ****

Raised an enquiry with this bank on the 4th regarding money that was taken off my bank. Was told its being investigated and I should allow 14 days never heard anything back regardingthe dispute. Kept on taking my time to go to the bank, no tangible feedback. Called this morning only to be told that the case is closed, no feedback provided and my money was definitely not paid back.

This bank is a **** full of a bunch of imcompetant staff. I have been waiting for a call back from them, no luck.
