Capitec is a ****
On the 17th of December someone made a vodacom sim swap with my number without my concern and my money got withdrawn from my Capitec sub account now they have the nerve to call me and tell me that they can't trace back the money. How can they not trace transactions made on the account but they are a bank and they should be making sure that our money is safe
