CAPITEC IS A ****!!!!

I deposited a huge amount of money at Capitec Bank on the 8th of December 2019 at 20:04pm and the ATM gave me problems, it said “ Transaction declined” 1. No slip came out from the ATM. 2. The money was not received by the person I was sending it to... I immediately called Capitec and the lady i spoke to said she sees the money therefore i should go to the branch tomorrow morning and report the matter, she gave me an incident number. Next morning 09 December I went to the bank and the lady told me she sees the money and that the matter would be resolved in 7 to 14 days and I would get my money in that time. On the 21st of December I got a call from Capitec Bank saying there was a delay with the money therefore definitely on the 24th latest I would get it. I waited and waited until I went to the branch on the 27th, the guy who was helping me said “I AM SORRY, THERE IS NO MONEY WE DID EVERYTHING WE COULD AND INVESTIGATIONS BUT THE MONEY IS NOT THERE” HOW????? WHY???? which money were you going to send in 7 to 14 days? You guys even called personally to say I will get my money on this specific date and that there was a delay now the money is not there??? The lady I spoke to on the 09 asked how many R200 notes and R100 notes did I deposit etc... I told her I could not remember SHE TOLD ME IT WAS 40 R100 notes that I deposited and she mentioned the other notes. Where did she get that if there was no money??? CAPITEC I HAVE HAD IT WITH YOU GUYS NOW, I WANT MY R10 600 ASAP!!!!
