CAPITEC IS A ******* & EXPLOITS PEOPLE
I am extremely unhappy, I went to the branch to close my account which is at a 0 balance and was told that I need to get a new card which is R70 in order to close my account. This honestly doesn't make sense and I never heard of this before, the card was taken by an atm and now I must pay for a new card to close the account. That's ridiculous!
