Capitec is a ****!!!! Please help me get my money back.

On the 27th of June 2024, an amount of R981,73 was deducted three times on my account, I immediately called Capitec to report the matter as I did not authorise those transactions and I was clueless about them. They stopped my card and promised to investigate the matter. I’ve been calling them for a follow up and they said the investigation takes 30/31 days. Today I received an SMS from them telling me that unfortunately the funds were withdrawn prior on my account and the transaction was authenticated with my banking details so the bank was not in a position to secure any. Which doesn’t make sense because my card was with me and I did not order anything from Paris. Please help me get my money back it’s a lot of money which amount to R2945.19
