Capitec is a Joke...

My wife purchased some goods at Checkers kn the 25th of November, the transaction declined but the money went off from my bank account, the cashier said my wife must wait a few minutes for the money to reverse back in my account, my wife couldn't wait as she had an emergency and she swiped the same amount again, today she went back to Checkers for the money to to be reversed, the admin manager said there's nothing the can do from their side as the money was not released from capitec, so she called Customer services, she spike to Tsebo, he was not helpful at all, my wife gave them all the information needed but the wanted to speak to me as I'm the account holder. Tsebo was rude and very irritated with my wife as she explained that I'm working abroad and I won't be able to get in contact with them. I'm disguted with this bank, there poor customer service and the way they handled the situation. Be sure that I won't leave it at that, I want my money back in my account as we speak. Capitec sucks as a whole...
