Capitec is a joke

So I logged an incident where I'd made an immediate payment deposit to my nedbank account, the money never reflected, after waiting for a week I logged a call with an agent by the name of Andisiwe Siko. 2 weeks have since passed and I find out the agent logged the matter as resolved, my money hasn't been reimbursed.

Capitecs service is extremely poor. Whoever still uses capitec for important stuff like salaries etc is in for a joke. I'm still waiting for my money.
