Capitec is a joke
Please be aware that Capitec Bank service is very poor and they can not be trusted to look after your money as they allow anyone to debit your account and if you approach the bank regarding a discrepancy Capitec is not interested and do not reverse the amount but rather tell you to contact the ******* that took money to return it , really . Unluckily I had the misfortune of dealing with the The Unlimited and Capitec this morning , Pathetic and dishonest service from both of these mickey mouse companies , avoid them both

04 Sept 2024, 14:53best bet is NOT to consider using Capitec as this is definitely not a competent financial institution as far as client services and if one is serious about money use a serious bank not something like Capitec. I will definitely be seeking an alternative institution and will advise all my friends [ personal and social media ] and family to do the same
