CAPITEC IS A ****, JOIN THE BANK AT YOUR OWN RISK
I'm very disappointed with my favorite bank, okay my money was frozen because someone deposited R1200 in my account so the lady who called me suggested I permit them to reverse the money I agreed and then went to my app to check my statement only to find out there was never such deposit. I emailed Capitec back with the bank statement about 7 days ago and until today they never even bothered to respond but I still don't have access to my money. Worse I had to borrow people's money so my son could go back to school. Now the question is where were they going to the R1200 because no one sent me that amount?
