Capitec is a horrible bank

Capitec is a horrible bank . I ask for money reversal because i made a mistake when transferring money and transferred it to the wrong person. Amount>R1980.. First, the recipient agreed to do the reversal, and they took hours and hours until the recipient used the money . The literally gave me hope through out the process saying I'll receive my money today since yesterday. Only to tell me that they can no longer do the reversal.
