Capitec is a horrible bank

My accountant was closed down without any knowledge as to why I went to Capitec they needed documents to support my statement as to I was not involved in any *****ulent activity that they said my account was blocked for took me a year and a half to get my account back however I had a savings account on my main account that I used to keep money for rainy days when my account came back that savings account came back with a - balance I then went to the back for several times since they said they gonna escalate the matter since they don’t know the reason behind still haven’t received my money. Capitec really disappointed me as I had trusted the bank before but now I wouldn’t even recommend it to anyone even this morning I woke up to an unauthorized transaction payment it’s even written recurring payment 💔
