Capitec is a ********** bank with no sense of loyalty to the clients who bank with them

My account was hacked by Microsoft iso Millerton of which 13 transactions where done in the early hours of the 31st of july they even took out more money than my limit on which I stopped my credit card and have been to the bank 3 times to enquire about it they have now called me and said I won't get my money back and I should contact Microsoft of which I dont find fair as I pay them to be my bank why should I do all the run around for the fault of the bank
