Capitec is a ********** bank

I use my capitec account for my savings so this means that it’s not every month that I will have funds in that account, however every time there is money in the account there are 2 debit orders amounted R129 and R119 that coincidentally go off my account whenever there is money. The funny thing is that these debit orders do not bounce back or try to debit when there is no money. I have raised the matter with Capitec and I was told that the only thing I can do is reverse the debit orders because I authorized them. Please bear in mind that they charge R90 reversal fee and secondly I don’t know these people that are debiting my account . Capitec has ********** working for them and they just offer ********** services. This is just a way for them to make money out of us.
