CAPITEC IS A *****'S DEN

Unauthorized debit orders have been going off on my credit card and my credit card is not authorized to do debit orders and my online spending is R0 but some how this debit orders have been going through no notification or requests to authorize were received and when i called the customer care Capitec told me to pay then R80 for them to investigate and that they don't guarantee that i will get my money back

Capitec is a trash bank and they don't take responsibility for anything the lady in ***** department made it seem like one of my family members registered with my card on this website that time i stay alone and no one has access to my cards so honestly banking with them is the biggest mistake of my life
