Capitec is a *****!

I've never seen such a poor service from a bank, i receive funds from overseas and then the funds were mistakenly sent to the wrong bank account. Upon approaching the branch in middelburg, I was told to leave by the consultant and then i asked for the manager to find out a way forward to the issue he told me the same thing, really? is this a way to treat a regular costomer? stay away from this bank. what kind of a bank refuses to assist a customer in need. I am now not able to buy clothes for my kids my money is gone. and im certain its for good but the mighty God is watching.
