Capitec is a *****!

I am highly disappointed at the low level of service I am receiving from Capitec bank. I requested a settlement amount from them for my loan account but can you believe that the settlement amount ends up being more then the statement balance left on my loan. Now can you tell me how does that work? When one is settling an account before its term they supposed to calculate and discount even the statement balance amount left on the loan. This a **** of a bank!!!!
