Capitec is a ****

Capitec is trying to **** me my money saying my account is suspected for ***** that time they have zero proof. It has have been over 2 months my account is closed due to one of my clients who reported my account I don’t even know who that person is…. I even stated I don’t mind returning the 50” back to the business The person reported my account but didn’t submit any evidence or proof I was instructed to submit an affidavit I did exactly that everything capitec requested from me was submitted but still stalling to return my money I want my money nothing else the account can remain closed I don’t have a problem with it all I want is my money I run a business I can even give you proof of all my invoices it’s been 2 months worse part of it all the complaints department of capitec is extremely rude and never assist me please intervene. They said another reason for holding my money I used my account as a business account if I know that wasn’t allowed I would have never risked my money all I want is my money.. I wrote to hello Peter they didn’t get back to and the ***** department still doesn’t want to let go off my funds
