Capitec is a failing bank. Is our money safe?????

Capitec Bank is slowly sliding to become the worst bank in Africa.

Lately I have constant issues.

I am currently attempting to make a payment to place and order for my son's birthday on Amazon. Note that I am an Amazon client for 13 years and have been assisted twice re this issue over the last 6 days.

Capitec fails to confirm my payment to Amazon on a constant basis. Never had this issue before.

Is our money safe with Capitec Bank? I think not.

Furthermore, I attended a branch for assistance yesterday, only to be told by a disinterested consultant it is not Capitec Bank's problem.

This leaves me fuming.....
