Capitec is a disgrace

My daughter who banks with Capitec, in law made a payment into my son's acc with Nedbank on 13th February The funds were taken out of her account but never went into his account She has gone into Capitec bank every second day now but all they say it is under dispute please this is absolutely disgusting and its either been ****** internally or its ***** Please people be warned about Capitec bank Mt daughter in law is desparate
