Capitec is a disgrace

So I received two amounts of money in my account, R110 and R150. Don't know from who or where. This money is quickly reversed within minutes so I went to a branch to see if they could tell me who was doing this. Lady was very nice and I found out my account had been stopped, for what reason she did not know. She asked me to bring an affidavit to have my account opened. So I get affidavit go to a branch and another lady tells me its all my fault that this is happening and my account will probably never be opened and will be investigated maybe for months. And the money in my account i will never get it if account is not opened. She asjme to go back to police station to bring case number, affidavit and certified copy of my ID. I do that and go back and find another lady who is nicer but tells me that I have to go and wait until investigation is over but I ask her about my money and she says I won't get it if Acc is not reopened. Capited is a *****. They are taking peoples money accusing them of ***** yet they are the ones who really know whats happening
