Capitec is a ****
Bought Electricity voucher, was given a Token that can't be Loaded, this was last Tuesday and on Wednesday I made a query on this matter on the phone. Spoke to Madillo and she gave me a ref no. ***, now I'm at Capitec branch in Heidelberg Mall, I'm being told to query it with the Service, while payment was done on Capitec App
