CAPITEC IS A ****

I received inheritance money that my brother left me,so after I did a few transactions and my account was placed on hold they requested documents I submitted since then I've been calling them with no response one lady even placed me on hold whilst she went on lunch I was on the phone for almost two hours after she said she will quickly check what could be the hold up know very well she Is going on lunch. What's so strange is that my niece's account was also placed on hold the same day and they requested documents which he submitted and they opened his account threw the help of HelloPeter that's why I am here seeking for help I have exhausted all these options of WhatsApp and calling I'm drained I couldn't contribute for my grandmothers funeral because my money is being placed on hold by this bank.Al I can say that I am unhappy with their service this is a **** bank I want everyone to know. DONT EVER SUBMIT AN CAPITEC ACCOUNT WHEN YOU EXPECTING MONWY THEY WILL FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ASK FOR PROOF WHERE THE MONEY IS COMING FROM AFTER THAT THEY IGNORE YOU
