Capitec is a biggest ****

1. Capitec bank held R4400 from my bank account towards the end of October, I submitted all the required documents but even nothing is happening they are quiet.

2. Capitec Business held my money and closed my account, if I call to ask for the way forward since they say someone reported me, they say they’ll get back to and they don’t, I called the since last week Friday they keep saying the same thing “we’ll get back to you”. They are not willing to help me and my business is stoped now because of them. One of the consultants told me that for them to open my account it’s either we wait for the person who reported to tell them that he received the product( of which he recited long time ago before he even reports me) or I tell them to release the money back to that person. So clearly there’s no evidence needed from me, according to them I’m already guilty. That’s what ****mers do.
