capitec is a bank that only *****s from their customers

capitec claims to have resolved the problems with my account on their response but nothing has been resolved. all the consultant says when they call you back is that they followed the correct process. where did they follow the correct process if the money they took from me is still not resolved and what ******* they are because they even took extra money out of my account.
