Capitec is a ******* bank

Am so angry so I invested my money into a platform they were paying out but after I invested 6000 they paid me out once then they started giving stories and demanding more money so we all released that we have been ****med I went to Capitec to report what happened and to make sure that these people are unable to take money on my acc next day after reporting my acc was paused I went to the bank they were offline called they said they could not help me I must visit the bank went back again I was told to expect a call from day for a way forward I never received that called today I speak to a an agent and I was told I need to go to the police station and open a case and make an affidavit and bring to the bank am so angry cause they just giving me the run around they could have told me this from the start now I can not received money or use my acc for two weeks
