CAPITEC IS A **** BANK!!!
At 01:12 on 14/11/2024(today) I saw a transaction of R29 mtn airtime that transpired on my account. At the time I was sleeping.I reported the incident to capitec but to my surprise an agent called Thandokuhle told me that my card details were uses,I will have to block the card and make a new one at my own cost.so I must forfeit the R29 plus pay for the card replacement fee ?? FOR WHAT?I still have have my card with me!!! AND THEY SAY THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO???
