Capitec is a ****

I went to make a deposit of R10 000 at the ATM, it returned R500 and kept the balance of R9500. I figured we all good but didn’t receive an sms of the transaction so I called in with the problem and they escalated to their investigation officer who later informed me that I will not be getting that money as it does not reflect on their side. So much money gone and I’m told there is nothing they can do about it. I’m closing my account including the funeral policies I have with them. Such a **** of a bank!!!!!!!
