Capitec is a ****.
I am very disappointed with Capitec bank, I have opened a life cover policy in June 2023 and they have been debiting my account till to date and when I call their service centre they tell me that my life cover policy doea not appear on their system and I have an ancident reference (***) which I logged in, it's been a month now and nobody called me back, I had to be the one calling them. My policy number is LP***2
