Capitec is a ****

My pension fund was deposited on the bank then after 5 minutes it was transferred to someone’s account has if I sent that person a money when I went to the bank they said I must go to police station to do the affidavit they will see if they are able to reverse the money back to my account by the time I got back to the bank they told me that the money is no longer on that account and there is nothing they can do about it and they are not even able to see the id number, contact details of the person who opened the account!! How come they can open an account without their details???..my money was gone just like that…Capitec is a ****!!!!!
