Capitec is ***********

I have tried to close this account for months now with no luck, I went to the branch to close the account, and the lady assisting me told me that they could not close the account due to debit orders going of my account, I explained to her that those debit orders had already been moved to my tyme bank account and that I will not use this account, she still said I can't close the account, so now after 4 months+ I am still struggling to close this account, now the account is R90+ in arrears due to Capitec that did not want to close my account, this account has not been used for months now and I will not pay 1c due to them not wanting to close the account
