Capitec is ****

If there was a negative star I would use it cause Capitec is **** even their service is a bull sh*t

I’ve transferred money from Capitec to my Nedbank account using payshap. It never reflected to my account. I’ve been calling them they give me different stories all the time they said I must go to the branch with the proof. Went to the branch they didn’t even want the proof “bank statement “ they said they still investigating, I should wait for 3 - 5 days. No update No communication Nothing that I receive from Capitec.

I don’t even have money money for transport now Capitec is giving me run around with my money.

Their advisors they don’t even give you their surnames because they know that they are delivering sh*t services

If I don’t receive my money within 24 hours I am going to the ombuds now cos clearly they take clients for granted.
