Capitec Investment Query Closed Unresolved with Potential Loss to Customer.

Capitec Not only Failed to provide satisfactory feedback to over a month long outstanding query raised with them regarding investment interest recieved that was substantially lower then initially upon inception but then Closed it without explanation or notification potentially causing a loss of funds. Worst is that direct contact with the applicable area or authority to discuss is impossible irrespective of communicating via the Capitec App, Whatsapp or client care. Withdrawing the investment and placing it elsewhere does not resolve the fact regarding loss of interest over and above that Capitec may continue to disadvantage other clients similarly. The absolute frustration & dissapointed is beyond expression.
