Capitec internal fault leads to my misery

App**** for a loan at the branch on Monday - approved for R69k - signed all paperwork - glitch in their system when trying to finalise the release of money! Got phoned the next day - all is sorted out but now I only qualify for R39k because THEY (Capitec) did 2 credit checks and that counts against me now / have to wait 30 days before I van apply again! Ridiculous and pathetic
