CAPITEC INSURENCE AND LOAN DEPARTMENT SUCK

CASE NO. ***3 and Credit life *** I lost my job, I was retrenched in June 2024. I informed capitec that i will not be able to pay for loan and completed the insurance application and it was approved on 02 Sep2024, i got an sms that i was approved up to 16 months . End of August I was happy that the insurance had successfully kicked in as i received the sms that yes they will be paying and they did. to my surprise today, the loan debited my account. HOW COULD THEY!!!!!. the very last cent i had in my account. i need this money urgently reversed to my account today. not after 30 days, but today.
