Capitec Insure Poor Service

I took out a policy with Capitec Bank on their contract it stipulated that should I cancel the policy within 31days my premiums will be paid back I canceled the policy within 22 days prior it deduction date..

Nevertheless the deducted.. On the 2nd of May I went to the branch to enquire as to why the deducted the premium even though it shows that the policy has been canceled.

They lodged a case and said Capitec Insure will get back to me they will lodge an investigation.. 10 days later they have not refunded me my premiums.. They have not been in contact with me instead I am being sent from pillar to post.

I have the cancelation contract..

I have not benefited from the policy and yet they are not paying me my premiums back
